Big School Birdwatch 2025

This January, Swift class took part in the RSPB’s Big School Birdwatch 2025.  Armed with binoculars, a clipboard and ID sheet, the children kept a record of how many of each species of bird they could see at any one time. The Big School Birdwatch is the world’s largest school wildlife survey.  The childrens’ results will be submitted to the RSPB and provide data that helps scientists track how the birds are doing and if any species are in decline. Well done to Swift class for their valuable contribution to this national conservation survey
